A bonfire mat is merely a product to prevent the spread of fire. Grass and other plants on the ground can wither if exposed to heat of around 40-50 degrees Celsius for an extended period. When using on grass sites, it is difficult for a bonfire mat to provide insulation, so please be sure to use it in conjunction with blocks or a stand with insulating properties.
Useable as a firewood-carrying bag
A bonfire sheet that supports the entire flow from carrying firewood to the fire and ash disposal.
Protects the ground from sparks and helps prevent spread of fire. Square 80 × 80 cm size that pairs well with Makulite and Blaze Box.
From carrying firewood to the fire — more than just protection
We maintained an iconic shape while creating a bonfire sheet that also works as a firewood carry bag.
Rather than simply adding handles for transport, the design preserves the sheet’s beloved silhouette.
We refined the material through multiple prototypes and chose a matte, non-gloss finish. The handles are made from the same material and sewn to withstand the weight of heavy logs.
Gather branches while hiking, toss them onto the sheet, and carry them back. That casual, effortless look—this is TOKYO CRAFTS’ bonfire sheet.

Image colors may vary depending on your display. - About heat resistance
- The sheet uses material rated to 600°C, but prolonged continuous exposure to high heat can cause surface damage or holes. Do not leave large glowing coals on the sheet continuously.
This is a fire-resistant, heat-resistant sheet—not an insulating sheet. It reduces heat transferred to the ground but does not completely block heat. Use it as a tool to help prevent spreading fires.
It protects the ground from short, intense sparks but prolonged radiant heat can still damage the ground.Do not use for long periods.
Do not burn directly on the sheet or place directly lit coals on it. Leaving lit coals or logs on the sheet can peel or damage the coating and harm the ground. If coals fall on the sheet, pick them up immediately. - Shipping timeframe
- Shipping times are estimates. Production status may cause earlier or later shipping.
Cancellations due to changes in shipping timing cannot be accepted.

FAQ
- Is it insulating?
- This is a fire- and heat-resistant sheet. It reduces heat transferred to the ground but does not completely block heat. See “Heat Resistance” in the specs for details.
- Is it flame-retardant?
- The sheet uses heat-resistant glass fiber, but it is not flameproof. If lit coals or logs fall on the sheet, pick them up immediately.
- Can I use it on grass?
- The sheet protects the ground from brief sparks and helps prevent spread, but prolonged radiant heat may still damage the ground. Do not use on grass or dry leaves as heat can be transferred and scorch the ground.
