We will be hosting TOKYO CRAFTS’ second in-house event.

“TOKYO CRAFTS Meeting”
Location: Nikoniko Campground (Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture)

■ Event Details
【Regarding the Site】
We have reserved the upper auto sites at Nikoniko Campground exclusively for this event.

【Check-in – Check-out】
As of now, the event schedule is planned as follows:
Saturday, October 5: Check-in at 1:00 PM
Sunday, October 6: Check-out at 11:00 AM (Complete cleanup)

— Important Notes —
* Participation Requirements: You must own a TOKYO CRAFTS tent and set it up on the day of the event.
* Due to limited site space, please select the tent you will use on the day and purchase your participation ticket accordingly.
* The participation ticket includes accommodation and dinner costs (1 meal voucher per person for Diafort tents; 2 meal vouchers per person for other tents).
* Meals are free for children (up to elementary school age).
* We will assign your site location on the day.

※We plan to display and sell TOKYO CRAFTS products on the day of the event. Participation is limited to customers who have made a reservation.
※Please note that we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred by event participants, including unforeseen fires, theft, equipment damage, or accidents caused by participant negligence within the event venue.
